Terms and conditions

 Prices: The prices shown are correct at the time of publication and are subject to variation. Any variation in the price shown will be notified to the purchaser before the sale is completed. All prices shown include VAT. The National Froebel Network is not registered for VAT and any inclusive VAT is not reclaimable.

Stock: Most stock is available from the Network, but if stock needs to be ordered from the manufacturer this may result in a delay in its immediate availability. Any delay that is likely to take more than 2 to 3 weeks will be notified to the purchaser.

Delivery: Products that are available from stock will be despatched within one to two working days. Delivery is expected to take three to five days. A courier service is used for most products and delivery times are dependent on the service provided by the courier, particularly in busy periods, and cannot be guaranteed. Delivery can currently only be made to the normal mainland delivery areas of the UK. If your delivery address is outside the normal mainland delivery areas or outside the UK please email the Network before placing the order to see if delivery is possible and to calculate the delivery charge.

Returns: Unwanted goods can be returned provided that they are unused and in perfect condition. The purchaser is responsible for the return postage of unwanted items. The purchaser is responsible for ensuring they are well packaged in  order that they do not get damaged during their return to us. A refund of the price paid less the cost of  the delivery charge will be made once the goods are received in good condition. In the first instance please e-mail to request that you wish to return unwanted items. Request for return must be made within fourteen days of receiving the goods. 

To return goods that have been damaged in transit, you must notify us upon receipt of the goods. The courier should be informed if the packaging/goods appear damaged upon delivery. A photograph should be made of any damaged packaging. You must inform us by email within three days of receipt of the goods if any items are damaged. Please contact us by email. We will arrange collection and replacement at our discretion. This does not affect your statutory rights.
