SOUTH DOWNS AND WEALD NETWORK

Network Planning Event

Tuesday 10th September 2024

4pm to 5pm  (on-line)

Join us for the second meeting of the new Froebelian network for the South of England

Have you been exploring or practising a Froebelian approach in Kent, Sussex and surrounding areas, or perhaps you're eager to learn more?

We are excited that a new South Downs and Weald Network, launched in May, has got off to an enthusiastic start. At the meeting we agreed our aim is to create a supportive community where educators can come together to learn, share ideas, and inspire one another in our journey towards providing the best possible Froebelian early years education.

Whether you're already well-versed in Froebelian principles or just starting to explore this approach, all are welcome to join us.

Our second meetup is scheduled for Tuesday 10th September, at 4 pm. We do hope that you can join us for this on-line event, and would love to welcome you especially if you were unable to join us at our first meeting in May.

At the meeting we will be planning a programme of activities - and hope to organise visits to various settings in our area to see Froebelian principles in action as well as plan themed meeting to give us more insight into Froebelian principles. If you have got any ideas or suggestions, or would like to host a meeting at your setting, please bring your ideas to the meeting.

To join us for this exciting journey, register your interest below and we'll send you a link shortly before the meeting. Whether you are a teacher or practitioner in a setting or studying/teaching about Froebel at a university or college in Sussex or Kent, you are most welcome.
